is looking for

HEAD WAITER

to start asap

• equired to oversee smooth running of floor operations for new brasserie restaurant (65 cvrs, team 7), but also involved with Fine Dining restaurant (Michelin award winning)
• assisting the Restaurant Manager and Ass. Restaurant Manager
• being in charge of entire team if necessary
• also involved in conference and weddings operations
• deputy functions when Restaurant Manager is off
• must have friendly and professional personality
• be an efficient organiser with excellent guest service & communication skills
• 45 hours working week, 28 days holiday
• varied shift patterns
• annual gross salary £15,000, plus approx. £4,900 service charge

requirements:

• completed training
• experience in minimum 3 AA rosette environment, or Michelin
• proven track record , experience at upscale level for minimum of 3-5 years

Live in available on site or nearby. Shared accommodation on the site, starting from £ 230/month or single room off site, requiring transportation.
