is looking for
to start asap
- equired to oversee smooth running of floor operations for new brasserie restaurant (65 cvrs, team 7), but also involved with Fine Dining restaurant (Michelin award winning)
- assisting the Restaurant Manager and Ass. Restaurant Manager
- being in charge of entire team if necessary
- also involved in conference and weddings operations
- deputy functions when Restaurant Manager is off
- must have friendly and professional personality
- be an efficient organiser with excellent guest service & communication skills
- 45 hours working week, 28 days holiday
- varied shift patterns
- annual gross salary £15,000, plus approx. £4,900 service charge
requirements:
- completed training
- experience in minimum 3 AA rosette environment, or Michelin
- proven track record , experience at upscale level for minimum of 3-5 years
Live in available on site or nearby. Shared accommodation on the site, starting from £ 230/month or single room off site, requiring transportation.
