You select the candidate or accept our suggestion. Our fees are only due when the defined trial period has been completed by the person recruited.

Placement guarantee

If a recruited employee leaves job placement within the trial period, or you terminate the employment of this employee within the trial period, you will be supplied with a replacement employee at no additional cost.

Discretion

The identity of your company is not divulged; company details are only passed on to potential candidates with your consent.

Your investment

Your investment in suitable, motivated employees is (A) 80% of one month’s gross wages for seasonal positions and (B) 20% of one year's gross wages for full-time personnel
